Privacy Policy

SneAPI operates a metering proxy that resells access to Anthropic's Claude models. This policy covers our website, dashboard, and API. For any privacy question, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• API usage records. For each request we log the model used, token counts, cost, latency, status, and time. This powers your dashboard, usage charts, and billing.
• Network information. We record the IP address associated with requests and sign-ins, used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
• Payment information. Crypto recharges are handled by a third-party payment provider. We store payment metadata such as amount, status, and a transaction reference — never your wallet keys.
• Discord identity. If you verify for free credit or open a support ticket, we may store your Discord ID and username to link it to your account and prevent abuse.
• Referrals. If you were invited, we record which account referred you so referral rewards can be calculated.

We are a pass-through proxy. The contents of your prompts and the model's responses are forwarded to our upstream provider to fulfil the request; we do not retain the bodies of your requests or completions in our own records. We meter tokens and cost, not the text you send.

• to authenticate you and operate your account and API keys;
• to meter usage, deduct credits, process recharges, and show your billing history;
• to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats;
• to run the referral and promotional-credit programmes;
• to provide support and communicate important service or account notices;
• to comply with legal obligations.

To serve a request, we forward it to our upstream provider, which in turn relays it to Anthropic's Claude models. Your prompts are therefore processed by those parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We recommend you avoid sending sensitive personal data you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run SneAPI:

• Infrastructure & auth. Our hosting, database, and authentication providers store account and usage data on our behalf.
• Upstream model access. Our upstream provider and Anthropic process the requests you send.
• Payment provider. Our crypto payment processor handles recharge transactions.
• Legal. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the service.

We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal and accounting requirements, and prevent abuse. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and associated application data, though some records may be retained where the law requires.

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures. API keys are stored only as hashes and shown in full just once. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — keep your keys and account credentials private and let us know immediately if you suspect a problem.

• Access & correction. You can view your account data in the dashboard and ask us to correct inaccurate details.
• Deletion. You can delete your account, which removes your profile and application data as described above.
• Questions & complaints. Contact us about how we handle your data; depending on where you live, you may also have rights under local data-protection law.

SneAPI is not intended for anyone under the age at which they can form a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as SneAPI changes. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
