Terms of Service

SneAPI is a metering proxy that resells access to Anthropic's Claude models. You send requests to our endpoint using a key we issue; we forward them to our upstream provider, measure the tokens used, and deduct the cost from your prepaid balance. We resell Claude models only — no other providers are offered.

We are an independent reseller. We are not Anthropic, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Availability of specific models depends on our upstream and may change without notice.

You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use SneAPI.
• One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.

Keys that begin with sk-sneapi- authenticate your requests. Treat them like passwords: anyone holding a key can spend your balance. We show a key's full value only once, at creation. You may create, name, set spend limits on, and revoke keys at any time from your dashboard, and you remain liable for all usage on a key until it is revoked.

SneAPI runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits in advance and they are consumed as you use the API. Credits are priced in Claude-value dollars and are deducted at Anthropic's published per-model list rates as each request is metered.

• Discount. Credits are sold at a discount to list price — you pay a fraction of what the equivalent Claude usage would otherwise cost. The exact multiplier is shown at checkout.
• Crypto payments. Recharges are processed by a third-party crypto payment provider. Your balance is credited only after the payment is confirmed on-chain. Network and provider conditions can delay confirmation.
• Redeem codes. Promotional or gift codes add credit when redeemed and may be limited, dated, or withdrawn at our discretion.
• No cash value. Credits are for using the service, are not a deposit or currency, earn no interest, and cannot be exchanged back for cash except where the law requires it.

Because credits unlock discounted, immediately usable API access and crypto payments are effectively final, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our side — for example you are charged for requests our system failed to serve — contact support and we will review it in good faith and, where appropriate, restore credits.

New accounts may claim a one-time promotional credit by verifying themselves through our Discord. Each account may claim this once.

Every account gets a unique invite link. When someone you refer funds their account, you earn a percentage of what they pay, added to your balance as referral credit. Abuse of the referral system — including self-referral, fake accounts, or any attempt to manufacture rewards — will result in forfeiture of earnings and possible account closure.

You must comply with Anthropic's usage policies for the underlying models, and you must not use SneAPI to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that exploits or endangers minors;
• resell, sublicense, or share access in a way that circumvents our metering, or attempt to extract our upstream credentials;
• probe, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or evade rate limits, quotas, or spend controls;
• commit fraud, launder money, or make payments with funds you are not authorised to use.

You can stop using SneAPI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if required to protect the service or other users, or if payment or fraud problems arise. If we terminate an account without cause, we will refund any remaining purchased credit balance where reasonably possible.

We work to keep SneAPI reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model availability, response times, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. Model outputs are generated by AI and should be reviewed before you rely on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SneAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use SneAPI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
